Outside No. 2 has two fully enclosed outdoor areas. Step out of the french doors from the kitchen area onto the south facing patio fully enclosed by 3ft fencing and enjoy the open field views with a coffee, or access the south-west facing lawned garden from the hallway to soak in the sunset from the private hot tub. The two outside areas are joined by gated access so you can always keep your pooch and children in sight.

Inside, No.2 has a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living and dining space with views over surrounding countryside.

The kingsize master bedroom has space for a travel cot and a view over the garden.
The second bedroom features zip n link beds and can be configured as a second kingsize or a twin room.
The bathroom with heated towel rail is accessed from the bedroom hallway.
Outside the fully enclosed, dog friendly garden with hot tub and sunset views has gated access onto our additional grassed area perfect for children and furry companions to have a run around.
No. 2 Brick Kiln Barns has an open plan living and dining space with beamed, vaulted ceilings and picture window with countryside views.
The well equipped kitchen includes electric fan oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Dulce Gusto coffee machine.
The comfy leather sofas provide a great place to relax, socialise or watch the Smart TV.
There's a master bedroom with kingsize bed and a second bedroom with zip and link beds providing the option of 2 singles or a second kingsize.
The modern bathroom features a large shower enclosure and heated towel rail.
The fully enclosed, dog friendly garden with hot tub for your sole use has countryside and sunset views. It’s the perfect space for relaxing, al fresco dining and for children and pets to have a runaround, and with very little light pollution it’s also great for a spot of star gazing too. The garden has gated access directly onto our additional half acre grassed area shared with guests from our other 3 barns.
No. 2 has one dedicated parking space. Parking for an additional car may be available – please request when booking. Please note there is short walk along a gravel path from the parking space to No. 2's entrance where you will find a trolley available to help with unloading and reloading the car.
We can also provide: a travel cot, high chair, baby bath, and shower stool.

Know before you book
Stay length
We offer 3 night weekend stays, 4 night midweek stays and 7 - 14 nights stays.
Our standard changeover days are Fridays and Mondays as indicated by the underlined dates in bold, although this may vary during some school holidays and around Christmas and Easter time.
Subject to availability, we occasionally make 2 night weekend stays available out of season and we may be able to accommodate other changeover days so do please contact us if you have specific requirements. Please note however, we cannot always offer less than 3 nights if you are booking a cottage with a hot tub.

Booking multiple barns
You are very welcome to book more than one cottage for larger groups but you will need to make separate bookings for each - apologies but our booking system just isn't that sophisticated. Alternatively, contact us and we'll get you booked in.
The maximum number we can accommodate at any one time is 16, plus 2 additional children in 'put-up' beds, plus infants. Do please get in contact via our Contact Us page, on 07867 433177 or by emailing bookings@brickkilnbarns.co.uk to discuss your requirements so that we can advise which combination of cottages best suits your group.
Please note we do not accept hen and stag parties.

Hot tubs
For safety and in line with NHS advice, children under 5 are not allowed to use our hot tubs and children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
In line with Health and Safety Executive Guidelines all of our hot tubs are completely drained, cleaned, refilled and reheated between each set of guests. Whilst we cannot always guarantee that your hot tub will be up to temperature and ready to use at check-in, we can guarantee that you will be the only people to sit in that water.
Cancellation
We've all learnt in recent years that plans can change and we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance. Full details of our cancellation policy are detailed in our terms and conditions but a full refund, less a £10 admin fee will be given for bookings cancelled up to 15 days prior to the booked arrival date.
